News you can use: Fill out a living will TODAY

Here is a link to the legally prescribed form for a living will in Kentucky (Here) It's a rich text format document, so it should work in most any word processing program. If you don't live in Kentucky and you can't find the form for your state, go on and fill this one out until you can find your correct form. No promises from me that it will be binding, but it should be better than nothing. The only thing I'd advise is to have it signed by 2 witnesses AND a notary. For Kentucky residents, having it signed by 2 witnesses OR a notary is sufficient.
